The dealership conveniently had three versions of the same vehicle lined up in the front row and it made it easy for me to compare and contrast. My salesman was Edgar. He was polite, responsive, organized, and prompt with all my requests. The vehicles were extremely clean from a cosmetic prospective. Edgar made sure the EV was charged and ready for my departure. The sales process, negotiation, and paperwork was very efficient and fair. The only issue was the Axos Bank they relied upon for financing played games. It added almost 2 hours to the transaction process. The best rate Axos offered after the drawn out back and fourth discussions was laughable. I would suggest the dealership pivots to a local financial institution.

The staff here were very good people! Very respectful, very helpful, very knowledgeable and provided me great customer service. The vehicle I purchased was a little pricey and my credit was not all that great but they were still willing to work with me and helped me get the vehicle I actually wanted. Great customer service goes a long way! I will recommend this place to everyone looking to purchase a luxury vehicle.

We just purchased a Mercedes GLE 350 from Chicago Auto Place and our experience was 10/10.We went in 30 minutes before they closed to see if they gave us a good offer for our trade in vehicle and it was the best offer we got plus we had seen the Mercedes we purchased online and thought was beautiful.
